Yesterday I added support for headings and inline images to posts on Indie Hackers. I also recorded a quick chat podcast episode with @Mubs, and fixed a bunch of bugs with search. Haven't planned for today yet…

The result of all these changes is that you can make a post on Indie Hackers now that more-or-less acts as a blog post. Now I just need to work on the post creation UX: things like saving drafts, preview mode, a bigger UI, etc.
Also, by request from @louisswiss, you can now add inline images to comments the same way you can in posts. Check it out:

It'd be great to be able to include (annotated) screenshots when I'm giving feedback.

1 YESTERDAY had an intense, full day, experimenting some new serverless features. Everything worked fine, better than I expected. I met a couple of problems but found quickly workarounds and I even helped another fellow dev with the same problems on stack overflow. I wrote a new application to test the features. I guess what I learned will allow me to develop faster and publish with lower costs. Serverless is probably one of the IH best friend 😜 Expect more indie projects from me (unless the paid job take over).
2 TODAY relax, reading, going out. If I can, Sunday I take it easy to refresh my mind.

Yesterday I was working on my new project MySocialHike.
Today I finished the landing page https://mysocialhike.com and bought the domain.
I like it. Why only $1/month? In the words of @patio11, charge more!
I thought it's not a very big service so $1/month will be good to start with and reach to more people.
I had the same thought as @csallen, $1 seems very low.
YESTERDAY I ended up writing a small React library for a functionality I needed, and was very surprised nothing of the sort is on npm yet
TODAY Going to opensource it!

Yesterday I started writing up new stories from a many-hours-long brainstorming session on Announcr. Also went swimming in the lake!
Today I am finishing up those stories and reorganizing September's Epic to see what I can reasonably get done. In particular, I am super excited to try out a design simplification and get a pic of it on the web page for what I hope will be a tremendous improvement in communicating what Announcr does for businesses. So I might jump into that tonight.

Mmmmm Cheesecake Factory! Haven’t been there in years. Made chili, a pot roast, and Indoor S’Mores (the kind with Golden Grahams) this weekend so I’m hankering to not cook for awhile hehe
