Yesterday was EPIC. It was a late night (1AM) but I finished my overview pitch deck for Announcr. This was an important milestone for me because in order to do it, I had to flush out my growth strategy much deeper than previously, and really think about how the product appeared from the outside. Most importantly, the timeline for the next several months!

Today I am going to do a little more planning to fill in the blanks.

Yesterday I interviewed our potential SEO freelancer for DeployPlace.
And also talked to one of our contractor regarding high quality technical texts related to DevOps.
Did some requirements for assignments as well.
I worked around 4-5 hours, but it was very productive.

Yesterday I worked on the GUI for Process Describer. Added the ability to sort by implementing a bubblesort algorithm. ;)

Today improve database content and extend the logic to get the processes as the API I'm using only returns a selected number of processes.

Today I'm strategizing early adoption.

Yesterday I edited three podcast episodes, which is a record for me in one day!

Today I started sending out a survey to people whose accounts are 1 year old. I did a pretty detailed strategic analysis of churn/growth for IH as a whole to help me make better decisions. Next I'm going to fix up some SEO stuff. I added a sitemap.xml file last week, but for various reasons Google isn't indexing 60% of the links, so I need to address that.

Today I've worked on refining copy on https://www.competitorzoom.com.

This week my focus is to gain our first customer.

To do that I'm preparing a series of blog posts, I set up social media channels/scheduled posts, I have our sales deck created, and am prospecting leads for direct outreach campaigns.

Consistently refining our processes based on feedback from prospects/customers, focusing efforts on marketing/sales and remaining customer-centric will support our initial growth.

Yesterday I put some more finishing touches on some new features for the The Logo Game. I also started preparing the next level .

Today I published a new update to the app store for The Logo Game that includes in-app purchases and a bug fix! I also added a signup form for the Android version on the website.
