What will you accomplish by end of July?
What did you do yesterday to work toward your goal?
What will you do today?
I'm going to finish my MVP pricing for founding members and work towards getting 50 subscribers (need 4 more to reach milestone)
Good luck everyone!
By the end of July I hope I'll have stable version of status pages. This is what it looks right now:
I haven't done much yesterday.
Today I'm working on mobile version of the screenshot above.
Setting up some basic metrics for my latest project and reporting to make monitoring easier whilst I'm away from the laptop.
I went into marketing-mode. Marketing for developer-tools is hard in my opinion.
No joke!
I need to shift hard from product development to marketing. I'm an engineer/product guy, so marketing does not come as naturally as writing code!

I'm bringing my development agency to the global market with a new business model. Users will be able to have unlimited development with a full-stack team for a fair and flat monthly price(The plans will be ranging from 900 to 1400 USD/month).
Our main focus will be helping growing businesses that need additional help with development for their product or new internal tools, founders that want to launch a product without spending too much money on design and development and teams that want to speed up their development with additional help, things like implementing front-end from design tools like Figma, etc.
I have been working on Tengable for about a month, and this is my first standup, so in case anyone is curious: Tengable is going to be a virtual office space. When you have the app open, you see a 2d game, with personas for everyone in your office. When your app is in the background, you will get notifications when people are close enough to talk to you etc... When you start talking, others near you will hear you.
Yesterday: Finished a single player version of the app, with a single persona that can walk around the office.
Today: Implement websockets and load more than one persona into the game.
I built my MVP - Dawn + Dusk, which is a twice-daily newsletter focused on productivity in the AM and relaxing at PM. I hope to start to market the newsletter to see if it's viable.

Launch Phase 1 of Lift Academy, which will begin with online common core assessments for grades K-12. Launching with a Grade 6 Assessment

I'm working on the StockHear newsletter, which is a daily data-driven summary of Indian stock market news and performance. I'm starting out with a newsletter, but will eventually build an app to improve the consumption of stock market news.
I'm aiming to launch this newsletter by the end of July. Yesterday, I finished the upper half of my landing page. Today, I'm planning to complete my landing page and fix bugs in the code (that parses 500+ headlines and produces a summary of the daily news).
It's the first time I'm posting about this, any feedback would be welcome! My landing page, although not complete - https://stockhear.ck.page/nl-india
I'll start off with an update on my new app - Astrola. Over the weekend I've tweaked the UI to allow dark/light modes. They automatically change based on the devices UI mode.
I've achieved this rather elegantly with Tailwind screen configs. Highly recommend following this tutorial if you are interested!
Progress on the app is speeding up again... after moving to my first house a couple weeks ago, I'm finally settling back into it :)
Does anyone else enjoy coding early AM on a Sunday? Got loads done today.
Looks nice!
Yes, also love Sunday AMs for coding - among my most productive hours in a week!
Thanks! Indeed, need to do it more often :)
