Taking a breather, mostly. I'll do some fiction writing this evening but leave the work til tomorrow. I put in huge hours building my software and have to remind myself that downtime is important, despite my inclination to feel guilty for not making progress.
Relaxation is part of the process.
This week I'll quietly deploy the new versions of the StormJournal webapp, browser extension and mobile app to the stores. I've been working on them furiously since lockdown started back in March. So logically I shouldn't feel guilty, but I still wrestle with it.
By the end of July I might even get the landing page rebuilt and have some articles written.
End of July: open Xapnik to early users, start getting feedback from those early users
Yesterday: deployed the 99% done version to production (eep!)
Today: some 'housekeeping' items, testing, a little bit of freelance work for income

Yesterday was learning day, I did some tweaks to my build worker though.

Today I am setting up the base of the kubernetes cluster.
Finishing coding the registration system on my app, which by its nature has to be a little more complex than most registration flows.
As a dev that's accustomed to the 9-5 work environment with clearly defined specs and projects, I feel like I unnecessarily spent too much time perfecting it before testing my actual idea for an app. Anyone else fall into this while developing? Any advice?
I will have my first customer for MVP Maker . This weekend I am learning a lot about marketing, about pricing , about customers.

Yesterday - Finished Integrating Stripe Checkout , I moved away from chargebee as it was difficult to customize; Stripe worked like a charm.
Today - Working on generating interview reports.
