Sundial: Freshbooks timer desktop application

I recently made the move to using Freshbooks and I didn't like their timer UX. I got tired of having to open a browser, go to freshbooks.com, log in, etc... just to start a timer. So I built my own using their REST API.

Sundial is a desktop app that sits nicely in your OS X(sorry no Windows support yet) menu bar and allows you to work with Freshbooks time entries. So far it's able to:

  • List all time entries for a given day
  • Edit/delete time entries
  • Create a new time entry for the current day
  • Pause/Resume a time entry (major factor for building this app)
  • Show time stats for today, week and month

It's still pretty basic and definitely in an alpha/beta stage but I think I'm ready for a few more testers. I have a few coworkers using it and they seem to be enjoying it so I thought I would ping the IH community to see if there were any others who would like to give it a try.

If you have any interest just let me know in this thread.
