Super lightweight email tracking and scheduling extension or app for GSuite

Is there an extension or app for Gsuite or Gmail that tracks open and response rates to followups? It should have a chart of percentages. The other thing it should do is scheduling.

If you know of a tool that does more but is really simple to use then please suggest one. I want a tool with a low learning curve.
