Support the unemployed Ben and roast his sleek and AI-native CRM

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a lightweight CRM designed for integration with any AI Agent and any workflow.

Why? Because we are tired of:

  • ❌ CRMs that feel like enterprise control panels
  • ❌ Onboarding calls just to get started
  • ❌ Paying for features nobody touches

Built for integration for AI Agents like OpenClaw

So we are building something simpler:

  • ✅ Setup in ~2 minutes
  • ✅ AI-first (not AI-bolted-on)
  • ✅ Fully automatable via REST endpoint, MCP, n8n, Zapier or Make
  • ✅ Built in Germany, GDPR-compliant

This one focuses on speed, AI-native workflows from day one, and full automation through open integrations (N8N, Zapier, Make, API, MCP...). It’s still early, and I’m looking to understand what small teams really need.

More then welcome to brutal feedback.

-> We are also launching on Uneed (https://www.uneed.best/tool/customermates) today. Every vote helps. :)

Nice — “AI-first CRM” with fast setup is a strong direction, especially if you actually keep it lightweight.

Curious how you’re validating real usage vs just interest, especially with so many CRMs out there?

Also, if you want to test actual willingness early, there’s an interesting setup where you can put your idea into a live competition ($19 entry, winner gets a Tokyo trip, prize pool grows with entries). Could be a quick way to gauge real commitment.

The AI-native angle is interesting ,most CRMs bolt AI on top of a decade-old data model. What does 'built for AI agents' actually look like in practice? Curious how the MCP integration works specifically.

“Built for AI agents” means AI can work directly with the CRM, not just sit on top of it. Instead of forcing agents through legacy workflows, Customermates gives them structured access to data and actions, including via MCP, so they can read context, update records, and trigger workflows reliably.
