I am doing some research on anonymous feedback and the effect it can have on participants' responses. My goal is to help inform decisions for a current project and I would love to hear from the IH community.
It's 3 questions long and I'm not collecting emails or anything. If you have some time, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you!

I filled out the form. I'm curious, what user insights led you to research this idea more?
Ah thanks! I appreciate the participation.
Anonymous feedback for professional growth is actually the central idea to the product I'm working on right now. The driving force behind my thesis for this product comes from experiences that many of my colleagues and I have shared at two consecutive employers now.
Hey if you're interested in this sort of thing there's a massive academic literature on the usefulness of anonymous feedback. Anonymous review is how academic peer review works, after all.
Also if you're interested in honesty on surveys, for what it's worth people have developed fascinating methods for asking socially challenging survey questions. See for example the randomized response model - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randomized_response
Thank you for sharing this with me because I did not know any of this! I assumed it had been researched somewhere at some point but didn't know if I could even use scholarly data in marketing material unless we'd played a part in it somehow.
This is a lot of good information and after reading your comment I've found a couple of sources that I think can help me inform decisions on our end. I've gotten more responses than I anticipated on the Google form (it was a low bar to be fair) which I plan on incorporating as well.
Good luck!
Not sure if it defeats the idea but - I filled it out. Hope it helps
I appreciate the participation! Thank you.
I recently looked at this for my product BlockSurvey. There are two findings: respondents believe the data collector and the platform used can both identify them in the majority of the platforms. Cryptography can solve this.
Awesome product! If you don't mind me asking, where did you find your first users?
Thanks. Initial audience from crypto, blockchain communities, and then from Twitter.
