SVB or Mercury with Stripe Atlas

Hi there,
I about to apply for Stripe Atlas and need advices of anyone who worked with them.

1. Should I apply for SVB or Mercury?
2. I don't have a business license in the country where I am living, would that be a problem when I will be transferring funds to my personal bank account? or it has to be company bank account in US to company bank account where i am living?
3. I have 3 different SaaS web sites, do I need to get 3 different Delaware business licenses or is it enough if I will have 1 license and 3 different Stripe Atlas accounts?
4. Do you recommend any lawyers who are not very expensive to help with taxes
