SWARM Grid is a framework for founders to cut noise and find clarity

I’ve been building something called SWARM, a design framework I’ve developed over years working alongside founders and startups. The idea is simple: nonlinear thinkers need a way to make sense of complexity without losing their spark.

The first tool from it is the SWARM Grid: a visual system that helps you:

  • Map your product or idea in one view
  • See where things are overloaded or missing
  • Decide where to focus for the biggest impact

I made it available in two formats:

  • Reference Grid (PDF) – a single-page overview you can print and mark up by hand
  • Interactive Playbook (FigJam) – a guided version for deeper dives and team discussions

I’d love honest feedback:

  • Does this feel useful to you as a founder?
  • Where does it land (or miss) compared to the frameworks you’ve actually used?
  • Anything confusing about how it’s explained?

This is v1, and I’m hoping to refine it with real-world input before I release more playbooks.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

The visual approach is definitely appealing. I'm a visual thinker, so being able to map everything out in one view is a huge plus.
