Switching from Paddle to Stripe

Hello Indie Hackers Community,

I'm currently using Paddle for my Ukraine-based business, and have been noticing many unsuccessful transactions with unknown errors in my logs. I'm considering registering a company in Europe to transition to Stripe, hoping it might reduce these errors, accept a wider range of international bank cards, and improve my conversion rates.

Has anyone here made a similar switch and noticed a decrease in transaction errors and an increase in conversion rates? Specifically, I'm interested in experiences from businesses based in Europe that made the transition from Paddle to Stripe.
