System for collecting user feedback & suggestions?
What are you using for collecting and organizing feedback for your web apps users? ie Feature requests, bugs etc. I know I've seen different companies have a forum type system where users can submit ideas and vote on ideas etc - but I can't think of one now?
What has been effective and easy to use in your beta and launch phases?
I use doorbell.io for feedback.
