Tackling the spam problem on IH

It seems like we get more and more spam on IH. Lots of accounts posting more or less the same intro, and just changing a few words and a link.

I keep reporting them but it's tedious, I imagine even more so for the one who reviews all of the reports.

Could it be tackled at the source? Some kind of captcha?
