Tactical product meetings in a team that scales

When growing the team from a few people to 30-50, assuming you are hiring for the right reasons, e.g., product-market fit, a few things tend to happen:

  • Every new joiner is unclear on the vision and path
  • Every person on the team is busy
  • New joiners do not bring up ideas

It seems counterintuitive, but what ends up happening is that the productivity per person drops and the team's output is decreased, although the number of people increases.

I wrote the full article here, with a how-to run product meetings, to make sure you are still getting the best ideas to win, from everyone in the team
