We are currently putting content into our landing page and secondary pages for Charge CRM.
After getting feedback from the last round and having a hard time making the necessary modifications, we ditched the old one altogether and started fresh.
Would love to hear what anyone thinks:
Your landing page is really good and it seems that you thoroughly put work in. To be honest, your landing and website appear to be more than an MVP. I ran Customer Service for a startup that had over 15,000 active users and this is intriguing.
Honestly, the other feedback received is pretty negative. Your design and theme builds trust and is done very well. Why reinvent the wheel? Stay with what is current and working.
Thank you so much for the feedback!
I will look to do more to highlight the flat pricing and customization differentiators.
I would love to charge more, but thought I would look to try to gain traction first.
If I may ask, which startup did you work for? Any other suggestions?
It's not bad, but (there is always a "but", isn't there):
.. That landing page style/template/theme and SVG images are so frigging overused that the experience starts with feeling of "oh god yet another MVP". Originality -9 out of 10.
.. No idea what you mean by "templates"..
.. "Powerful Simplicity", "packed with features to get work done quickly and efficiently" continue the extreme boredom of the visual theme and take it to copy text...
.. Unique selling point seems to be customization, but after the hero / main head it is not drummed up anymore, so by the time i reach end of the page, i don't anymore remember why this is unique from 1000 other CRMs.
.. Good value. 15 users for $29 is cheap for CRM, though ActiveCampaign at $49 for 25 users but including leading marketing automation platform and being proven product is still stiff competition.
Hope this helps & good luck
Thanks for the feedback! I will look to tighten up the copy for sure.
Not sure which direction to go with "originality". I do want to look like the other big players because I feel that will build trust in the potential user.
Any examples of landing pages you feel are good/unique? Looking for inspiration.
