Take indie hackers to the moon!

Was trying to come back here multiple times recently.

I feel since around the time of limited new registrations (had to have an invite) people flooded the redit sub as an alternative, it is bigger and more interesting. But generally people went away. I understand, it had a lot of spam incoming before...

When I look at most posts on newest, high percentage is self marketing content. It used to be more interesting with questions and discussions and honest intimate sharing of things as they are, warts and all, it just feels the real community users have mostly left/aren't coming here anymore.

The homepage has become a mostly paywalled newspaper.

The meta sub didn't get owner attention for months, even when the question are 100% going to help them generate income.

Basically it was a community platform that has moved to be a corporate media outlet.
