Taking Business to the next level (Retail Point Of Sale Software) -- Advertising on facebook?

I am looking to take my business to the next level, but don't know if advertising is the best way.

I have an affordable point of sale system that manages your inventory, credit card processing, and all you need to run your business.

I am at 25-30k revenue per month and 75% is recurring. I am looking to target retail cell phone stores in malls and independent repair shops as a niche that has worked well with my software (I am used in many verticals but having a specific target in marketing will work better).

I am thinking of creating a really nice landing page that targets this niche and try to get as many trials and conversions as I can.

Does anyone have any advice on how to do advertising on facebook? Is this the best idea?
