Taking on a new co-founder?

I'm really struggling to handle the marketing side of things at https://www.bitcompare.net

We're doing well on business development and technology, but we need a lot of help to build out our marketing in a sustainable way.

I'd rather someone with skin in the game. How've you guys gone about taking new people on board in regards to titles, equity, payment etc.

Oh, and if anyone's interested, let me know.

First off, great web presence - I appreciate the transparency of how you make money and the simple design. One thing to consider before taking new people on board: have you considered partnerships with service/info aggregators like BaseRank.io?

Going the route of 'outsourcing' the marketing by using platforms that make money by marketing means you have one less internal responsibility to worry about. If BD & Dev is going well, then maintain focus there - and find someone with interest in making it work for you.

Also consider agencies that specialize in these up-and-coming markets - the experience they bring can be well worth the investment, preventing you from reinventing the wheel.

Let me know via DM how you think you could collab with BaseRank.io and I could make an intro, if you'd find it beneficial.
