Today I have talked with a guy who is interested in listing Eredom for a sale on a platform he works for.
During the talk, I had to explain to him what Eredom does, why it does it that way, and what are the next steps. Although I have created that project and I know it inside out, I had a few hiccups and I had to slow down and think about what to say.
I have realized that only by talking out old, to some third party, I have clarified to myself what I am doing. It helped me gain another perspective, and as a result, I am changing and pivoting some parts of the application. It is as almost I have given myself valuable feedback :)
Long story short: talk with others out loud. Try to describe to them what you are doing. Try to sell them your product. Listen to their feedback, but also listen to your own.
Then, act upon it.
