Talk to your early users, don’t be shy


I try a lot of different early stage services and tools. Some of them are really awesome and I’m willing to pay to use, but occasionally there are some very inconvenient problems that if fixed I’d say shut up and take my money. This brings me to my point: nobody ever asks me for my feedback. Why? I’m willing to point out all of the things you looked over with tunnel vision. Just ask!
