Many of us have way more ideas than we will ever have time to work on.
I was reflecting on my experience as a full-time hacker in the past few months. Across the different projects, one thing I have done a lot and gotten much better at is reaching out to a target audience and conducting interviews.
One idea that came to mind was to package my experience as a white-glove service, to help validate a product idea, the way a co-founder/product manager on the team would.
My hunch is that many founders, investors, or product teams may find it useful.
Would love to hear any thoughts on this, and/or any pointers you can share 🙏
I just put together a simple landing page:

Hi John,
I see two challenges here.
Talking to users is super critical, so I personally wouldn't outsource it.
I guess you will have a hard time to find a cost effective way to acquire new customers. Because my guess is that there is a very low industry awareness that such solutions exist. Have you researched keyword search volume etc.?
