Targeted Autofill bot with flexibility according to the targeted market

Been doing some research on custom autofills and struggling with outsmarting the myriad of input element id's and names being used. Many are common, others not so much. Would like to pitch an idea to the right person excellent with JS and understands the complexities of custom autofills. I don't think the MVP would take very long to make with the right JS experience (perhaps white hat hacker), there's a couple of other back-end requirements that I know I can fill working with file systems and hashes. Marketable to a specific but large market and can be later integrated as a service in a much larger project I've been architecting (way too big for a small group).

There are similar projects out there, but they've failed to include some key features specific to the market I have in mind OR speak directly to that market.

Looking for someone interested in a percentage of ROI: rough conservative estimate of return from organic marketing and totally bootstrapping it $50 - 100K usd within 6 months from launch.

If I proceed with working someone it's because I've found a complementary match on working together on future project. I get ideas like this all the time from my background in various business industries and usually missing one or two key pieces of the puzzle to make a damn good product/SaaS.
