Targeted mobile phone notifications

Hey Indie Hackers :)

I would like to share with you my idea, I found a need to send targeted users notifications for my mobile phone users app. I use react native so it is really easy to get specific users and send to them a notification message.

But the idea came to my mind that it would be nice to have a management panel to manage somehow these notifications, for example sending the notification in a defined time, verifying if the message was sent, checking what was sent, and sending the message to a specific group of users.

If you know a similar app for sending notifications to mobiles and having a decent management panel, or maybe you miss some features which I could add to my app please let me know(I would like to create this app in my spare time, Currently I'm researching the market).
