Task manager for people working on multiple projects

I started to build 7todos.com, a task board to help me to keep an overview of my projects.

It got quite hard to keep an overview of all tasks across different projects with other tools. The biggest difference is the view above.
Spaces — An overview of all projects and their tasks.

I also have the concept of Lifetime 🌱 for my tasks. Per default, it is set to 7 days. If a task gets close to its "end" it will be highlighted in the overview.
However, if I don't manage to finish the task it will die and land in a place called Graveyard 🪦. You have the option to revive your dead tasks if you need to.

It's a tool I created for myself, so a lot of the concepts are not for everyone. But I opened it up for others over time.

Oh, and it is free to use at the moment 😌
The Stripe integration is done but you still get the premium account on signup atm. I am collecting feedback and want to know if there are others who like the concept as well.

Thank you! No, not yet. But I plan to do it this weekend 💪

Looks good but I may not always be on a browser. Build apps that integrate automatically with inbuilt reminder functions in Android or IOS.

For example, whenever I book flights, somehow the website automatically creates reminders on my phone so that works for me.

It reminds me days before, in the morning of that day and several times before the flight time. I think you should try that and I'll consider being your customer.

Meanwhile, you've done great all the same!

Totally agree, I am currently trying to figure out how I can do that. The straightforward solution would be to build a dedicated app for IOS and Android. But that takes a lot of time - not just developing it but maintaining and having everything in sync with multiple codebases.

So I thought an email reminder would be a good start. Also, a chat reminder would work great. A message every day at a certain time to your inbox, Telegram, Slack, or even WhatsApp could probably work.

Thanks for your feedback, concern, and consideration to be a customer :D

Love the super clean minimal white shadow look on your website.
