TaskTrain.app benefits update

Responding to a previous critique of our home page, we've called out our product benefits explicitly. Would value any feedback on our updated website! What resonates? What confuses? What looks or sounds bad?

    Well:

.. The hero image that has screenshot of your landing page doesn't make any sense. Why the hell people would want to see image of your landing page that they are currently viewing?! They want to see your app...

.. I didn't read your previous post, but frankly i'm not sure what your software does exactly after the hero. Process management is pretty massive segment. You specify later what you do via features, but the "flow" is broken when you start talking about benefits etc and the visitor doesn't understand yet what you do.

.. Lot of generic and useless texts. E.g. "Get It Right The First Time, Every Time." could not be more vague, in addition of having incorrect capitalization: 'the' should be in lower case.

.. "What task train delivers" has way too many items, of which some are features and some are benefits, in seemingly random order.

.. Then comes "The TaskTrain OnTrack Program." and starts talking about something completely else, about providing capital to entrepreneurs?? Unless your idea is already happily in-flight and the fasten seat belt signs have been turned off, it is almost always better to have laser focus on single thing.

.. All of your headlines are same font size.

.. Entire site is couple of alternating colors, gets visually boring.

.. Intercom AI chatbox taking half of vertical space.

Hope this helps & good luck

Thanks very much for your detailed and actionable critique. One question: Did you watch the first explainer video articulating our value proposition? Sounds like we need to also include the essential value proposition explanation in non-video format right at the top.

No, i didn't watch the video. Reason is that the screenshot with those cartoon figures correlates with the type of video that i hate: slow intros, then explaining couple of obvious things, and in the end giving no more actual information in 2 minutes than 2 lines of text gives in 2 seconds.

I did watch the video now, and sorry, my guess was correct, your video is exactly like described above.

The most critical information i didn't find is target segment and depth of features. Is this real hard core process management for enterprises, or tick a check-box when done procedures for small businesses?
