[Taxes] How do you deal with taxes to other countries if you sold your services in the other countries?

Assuming you your company outside the US, do you owe taxes to the US if you sold SaaS services to US users?

Or

Assuming you have a company in the US, do you need to pay taxes to other countries if you sold a service through your SaaS business to users in those countries?
