Team culture and values for remote teams - newsletter

Hey makers,

What are some good resources (blogs, podcasts, newsletters) you know about building a great team culture and the challenges faced (especially remote ones)?

I've been really interested in reading more about it but my current bubble has the usual suspects like Buffer or Doist - so I would love to get to know some more.

P.S. I also plan to start a newsletter about team culture in a remote team and what makes a good team great - so every suggestions is much appreciated.
