Team meeting feedback tool looking for validation

Hey hackers

My co-founder and I are trying to help improve meetings at the workplace through easing feedback giving and benchmarking.

We're still in early-stage, namely the main benchmarking features are not yet in, but we feel we're at a good stage to show off what we've done and see if you guys find the tool valuable.

The current feature allows meeting hosts to sign-up, send feedback email to attendees of those meetings and review these feedbacks on a dashboard.

Some of the currently planned feature includes, grouping meetings by type, progress timeline, potentially natural language processing to detect potential cause of improvements, and more.

Any feedback given to steer us in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

If you wouldn't use this yourself but know someone who would, please share this post.

You can find our page at: https://www.branchworks.co/beta

Thanks in advance for any contribution,

    Hey @fANZY - It's a nice concept!

I write and cover insights about remote working and virtual experience. I'm wondering if your tool is of interest to this segment?

Would love to start a conversation. My Twitter in profile :)

I'm on so many calls a day and when someone misses one its frustrating to tell them what happened and what was discussed.

    • Automatic transcripts would be cool and useful, maybe go back and highlight certain discussions
    • Video/sound record the session so people can go back to if needed

What do you think of my ideas?

Thanks for the feedback guys - that's a great idea. So for you guys I guess, the main issues that you would be looking to have solved would be able to get quick snapshot updates for any meetings that happened that you couldn't attend and for the option to dive deeper (watching a video) if you choose?

That said, our current product isn't focused on this area right now (although that may change based on more feedback like yours). Our value is trying to identify unproductive and unnecessary meetings by having people feedback quickly at the end of meetings for the host to where they can gain insights and later action and improve based on what people say - any additional thoughts on this?

      Cheers

      @carlosw that would be great.

      It could be something like,

      • A bot is part of your googleMeet/zoom as a participant

      • When the meeting starts the bot starts recording the session

      • At the end of the meeting the bot sends a streamable/downloadable link to all the participants that were present in the meeting.

      thoughts?

Thats exactly what I was saying, and also to the participants that were meant to join but couldnt

      Hey Carlosw,

These would be great features to have when we potentially integrate with meeting tools like Zoom.

For now, though, we are really only focusing on getting the attentees feedback for the host to get a feel for how the meetings are going and potentially take action to improve them if needed.

Yes thats part of it. So for people that missed the meeting but wanted to be kept in the loop, such as your CEO, they could look at it on the go and rate it and comment.
