Team of 2 looking for Tech Evangelist, Developer Advocate, Community Manager, Technical Writer
Hey!
We are Alex and Jannis, working on an idea around Cybersecurity and Open Source. I've personally built and sold a startup in this space before and Alex has a very strong background in marketing and sales.
We think we have a good idea, a great product and a strong team with intersecting skills. What would amplify us even more is someone, who fits into the role of a Tech Evangelist, Developer Advocate, Community Manager and Technical Writer.
We are looking for someone, who:
- has a (light) developer background
- is able to manage communities
- is an active speaker
- likes to write technical articles
- loves to teach people on tech
- is getting energized going to meetings and conferences
- enjoys talking on podcasts

I'm the founder and CEO of RiteKit, did the tech blogging, case studies, worked with API consumers for our 25 APIs over the years - and was the guy who told our CTO that our API dashboard should be testable without registration, and now it is: https://ritekit.com/api-demo
Have worked on documentation and evangelism of solutions including the media (see the table in https://medium.com/hashtag-academy/ritekit-company-logo-api-as-alternative-to-clearbit-5e72928c3e67 ) in articles, videos and so on.
I'm been interviewed on many podcasts, can be your front man. I'm not interested in travelling to give talks, though, would work remotely. hmu.
Hey! Sounds like you've got some great experience! Although, part of this role would involve going to select conferences, maybe 4 a year. I can move this convo over to your discord if some travel is not an issue for you?
The travel would probably be a deal-breaker for me.
