TeamFeels launched on ProductHunt- My first time using it!

Hey all,

I just launched Team Feels on Product Hunt: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/team-feels

Check it out! Would appreciate an upvote from any of y'all kind peoples.

It's my first time using ProductHunt, so no idea what to expect from it.

This looks great - just sent you an upvote! We used to do something very similar to this in my old company in a very manual way (happiness scores stuck up on a board next to our names). This looks like a much better way to record that information and keep a long term view of the "team feels".

      Exactly that!

Thanks a lot for the support Georgia!

The idea of having it up on a board like that stems from Japan, but were you doing this within a UK company?

        No problem!

I used to work at the Boston Consulting Group in London and we did this on some of our tougher cases. We would all give a "happiness score" at least once or twice a week and then track it on a board to see how the team was faring over the course of a project.

Oh that's really interesting. So you weren't doing that for your own employees as such, but for your client's employees.

It was actually for the internal case team. We would all give our scores as part of our PTO meetings. You can read more about PTO here if you're interested:
