Tear apart my Landing Page πŸš€

Hey everyone!

I just launched my business a few days ago. I'd like to make some improvements on my landing page so I'm coming here for feedback.

I do want you to tear it apart but be kind please. πŸ˜‚

https://supportman.io

It may help to have in mind that my target customer is support managers and customer success employees that work at bigger companies using Slack and Intercom.

Some things to think about...

  • Do you understand what the product is and does?
  • Any parts of the site that have too much friction?
  • Any parts that are too boring?
  • Do you understand the pricing?
  • Does the landing page make you want to know more?

Thanks for your feedback!

Hi Noah, here is my reaction to your page. Hope it's useful and let me know if i can help any further https://www.loom.com/share/9e0e36e0c5aa42b3b4275c5852a2a959. I also meant to add that I would add a way to capture emails of visitors by offering a lead magnet (e.g., get a free report on the top 5 secrets for using Slack and Intercom in your support team). That way you can do email marketing and follow up with people who may be interested but not able or willing to purchase on their first visit.

Nathan, really great feedback. Thanks for making the time to make the video! Definitely a lot of good things I have to think about. I'll have to rewatch the video again! I agree with you 100%

    Hey @noahwbragg, congratulations on launching!

    Some thoughts, in random order:

    • a lot of white space, especially in the hero section -> might not be an issue if your webpage visitors keep scrolling to find out more, but I'd check session recordings jik

    • pricing -> looks like a high-friction page to me (is it worth my time to sign up for something with no clear price tag?...). Possible ways to work around this if you're not ready to have pricing published: add more details to features, focusing on what already can be done, and reframe lack of pricing info around free trial (I'd suggest keeping track of how many website visitors exit from this page without signing up - might still be quite a few) + add more credibility boosters

    • back to the landing page: Intercom quotes are breaking up the flow, so I'd check if users stop scrolling when they hit them - any trial users who might have a testimonial or two to share to support your points and show how support managers already use Supportman?

    • copy on the landing page: do you have any records of conversations with customer success and support managers to really drive home the benefits of using Supportman (for example, "This gives your team knowledge of how to help each other and how things are going." -> so that... {{a direct desirable outcome}})?

    Hope this helps and congratulations!

      Hey thanks!

That is really helpful. It is hard to get the quotes and testimonials that would definitely help right when i'm first starting out. Hopefully I can get those soon!

I agree with you on the high friction on the pricing page. I need to work on delivering that in a better way. My plan was to not have pricing so I can talk with trialing users to understand what makes sense. Then I would come back around and add the pricing tiers once I know more.

    Hello,
As a brand designer for 5 years. I think your logo is not good and reflects a bad idea about your business.

You can use more beautiful SVG here : https://imgur.com/a/ez5OcPG

Thanks for the feedback. So you don't like the idea of a superhero mascott as the logo? or just the specific implementation of it?

Also what are you meaning with sharing that imgur image?

      1. 2

The implementation of it. I think the font used on the logo not good for a business
