Hi Matt,
Let me give you a different feedback. Your feedback gathering approach already seems too complicated. I’d rather click on a link, take part in the tour at my own pace or even watch it on video, a then give you some comments here.
Having to specifically contact you via email so I can get „set up” for a product tour seems like something I may not have time to invest into.
