Tech Bloggers, how do you syndicate your content? Looking for Publications like Hackernoon or Freecodecamp

Hey, I used to publish my content (syndicated) via Freecodecamp's Medium publication and it was great! But recently the Freecodecamp shut down its Medium presence and took all content from the authors. I was quite worried by this move, especially because all canonical URLs had been "mistakenly" set to Freecodecamp. Well, since then the founder also informed me that they only publish original content anymore.

So, I'm now looking for other publications or websites that I can syndicate my content. What do you think about Hackernoon? I heard they are also leaving Medium?

I would be interested to write original content for a site that is very reputable in the future, but right now, due to time constraints, I would rather syndicate the exciting articles.

What do you do to get more eyeballs on your writing?

PS: I already syndicate to dev.to but have not been able to build a readership. Each article is read by 1 or 2 people the most (or at least that's how it feels like).
