Tech Co-founder for "bite-size" online courses

I'm in the early stages of building a product that will allow experts to create video courses via a mobile app. The functionality is similar to Podia, Gumroad, Teachable, etc. but specific to mobile and "on-the-go" bite-size learning. e.g. Think of a running coach sending a daily video workout to his or her students. Almost like Instagram Stories, but for teaching new skills. It will also include video chat functionality so experts/students can send video messages back and forth for coaching.

I've done a decent amount of work designing screens and writing requirements (my background is in product, marketing, design). I'm looking for a technical co-founder that has similar interests to help me build it.

Ideally hoping for someone full-stack comfortable with Flutter/React Native etc. so we could build for iOS/Android at the same time. Would prefer to work with someone U.S.-based for logistics. I'm based in Utah.
