I'm a front-end developer and technical project manager. I'm looking to launch a product in a niche financial community. Product management, marketing and sales is what I would like to focus on.
Looking to partner up with someone who enjoys building software applications. The MVP would be a PWA preferably javascript that has Google Authentication and connects to a users google spreadsheet. It would be a basic CRUD application.
My projections at a minimum are the following...
There are 7,373 users in the community
2% penetration would be 147 users
$5 x 147 = MRR of $733 and ARR of $8,847
50% Profit margin X 5x Multiple for an Exit would be $44,238
