Tech company or Non-tech, which to target?

I have a startup Accoty.com where we provide ODC services to tech companies by building and maintaining their tech team in India. We take care of the operational side while the company handle and distributes the task to the teams. We have a few tech clients but getting them on board is tough.

Recently, I was thinking about going towards non-tech companies like manufacturing or retail that do not have digital products. Should I invest time and money to go for non-tech companies?
