Tech Founder/Engineer seeking Partner with Ideas

I'm a technical founder/software engineer looking to partner with someone with ideas and, ideally, some complementary skills!
I've been a software engineer for over ten years, working as a consultant in the Fintech, Healthtech, Proptech, and non-profit sectors.
More recently, I have provided interim technical leadership for an international non-profit, advising on technical strategy, systems architecture, hiring, and team building.
I am a polyglot developer with experience in TypeScript (JS), Go, Python, Rust, and PHP, amongst others. I am experienced with cloud infrastructure and can build everything from web frontends to mobile apps, APIs, data pipelines, and everything in between.
As a consultant, I work four days a week and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to work on bootstrapped projects. My aim is to build a useful, profitable business that provides income without needing to raise crazy VC funding rounds.

I am working on an idea for the past 2 years. Masters Student right now and 22.
Bootstrapped the Idea and failed it coz I am not really into high-end tech designs.
It is a basically a AirBNB for Private tutors or maybe a Search Engine with a potential to turn into an On-Demand Learning Service Provider.
I am currently in Paris and originally from India.
The idea requires minimal tech designs but need someone with a good eye to get the work done. I have a team that takes care of basically everything, but just not tech coz most of the members are of non-tech background.
Plus, you are free on 1-day a week and that suits us too. Demand is tested for this product. We clocked 500 users back in May 2021 but then had to shut down coz I moved away.
But all in for it to go big in Europe

Well, I think you just found the right person for that. I happen to be working on one currently. It's through a partnership with a another guy.
But if you have the ideas I can put them on an outline and possibly work from there.

Not live. I've given a few but in person. So I think this one is a good way to see how well those skills transfer. 😆
