I'm looking for a long-term, equal partnership across projects to build MVPs and new projects together and share the wins.
Ideal partner has:
- Professional experience in frontend engineering (pref. React, possibly NextJS)
- Good sense for visual design and also UX
- You can invest at least 20 hours a week.
- Aligns with the goals & motivation
About me:
- Staff SWE in an US tech startup
- I'm deep into backend work (Go, Kubernetes, Cloud / Infra, ...)
- Founded 2 successful projects / companies that were sold/acquired
- 33 years old and collaborate daily with frontend and design engineers
- Can whip up designs & mocks in Figma myself
Goals & Motivation:
I’m building side projects to sharpen my tech skills and experiment with new tech—all while keeping things realistic. My aim isn’t to chase unicorn dreams, but to create projects that create an extra stream of recurring revenue (a few extra thousand dollars a month is a win!). Plus, I love the fresh challenge of greenfield coding, which gives me a break from the day to day work.

Hey, thanks for your comment. I'm unsure if we are good match. The design -> code part is definetely a valuable specialization to have, but to be honest in my projects I try to maintain this type of work at a minimal by using frameworks plus some CSS changes and rather focus on the logic to get to faster results.
