Tech partner to build PoC of Voice and Proximity based payments idea that has been shortlisted for RBI Hackathon

I've submitted an innovative payments idea based on voice and proximity for the "Harbinger", Reserve Bank of India's hackathon.

The proposal has been shortlisted to the next stage which is exciting! This payments idea has the potential for massive adoption and financial inclusion particularly in a country like India. And winning RBI's hackathon would not only mean a cash grant but also potential regulatory leeway and implementation support.

Looking for a tech partner to build out a PoC for this.

Ideally a full stack dev who has experience in speech recognition and voice biometrics. What's more important is to be able to get things done rapidly with the generous use of open source!
