Hi all!
As a full time software developer working for clients building the SaaS is the easiest step of it all. The hard part comes when the product is "done" (It's never done, maybe useable is better :-)), at that point you need to find people open to use it and willing to pay for it. I wonder how other technical people approach this problem? I've been toying with hiring someone who is able to sell it, what are you thoughts on it?
To give a bit of context, I've developed https://astogi.com 2 years ago and have been using it ever since. Astogi allows people who use Asana to:
I use it, and with me about 100 people use it. In the 2 years over 50.000 tasks are being tracked and a few people converted to paying customers. This proves that the idea is valid. The people I am trying to reach is also quite clear, Asana users, and in specific, companies who use Asana and do development.
Now comes the problem, reaching those people and selling the product. And this is where I am drawing a blank.
Anyone open to share their solution?
