Tech stack advice for beginner trying to learn & build simple content curation portal.

Created product spec using Notion. Please look at Example Site, Tech Stack and MVP req and advice on the approach to build while learning coding.
I must say Notion is such an amazing platform, it just took only few mins to create product spec.
Rails, Postgresql, DigitalOcean, and Vue.
Wait - that's my tech stack! Don't worry about what others think - build on what you already know and can't get running on quickly! :)
Full JS stack sounds good if you're getting started (so you don't learn 2 languages to build one app). React/Angular/Vue are mostly a matter of preference, so see which one sticks out to you and feels good. Firebase is pretty cool. I'd probably go with SQL so I learn programming fundamentals, but, again, for an MVP, any of those options would be good.
Also, for frontend, is SEO going to be important? If so, think carefully about going dynamic.
Thanks for your advice, this is much helpful info to get started. You got my mindset :) I want to learn one language (JS) for both front end and backend :) as am just getting started.
Wow the solution is a bit broad. Are you sure that's MVP you are trying to build?
I'm beginner so I will see what I can start with :)
I would recommend Ruby on Rails. It has a rich library community and great support. You can focus on the business logic because most nitty gritty basics are already implemented into the framework 😁
I recommened React. No technical advocacy here, just a user of it for years.
Why not use Firebase as a complete backend instead of Node, if you're planning on using Firestore already?

Node JS is interesting to me so I thought it's easy to start with for me as I have some basic knowledge rather exploring complete new stack like Firebase.
