Overall, they don't need to learn much actual coding, it's mostly learning to use a lot of the services out there.

Better start with WordPress for the website and blog. The rest depends on what the niche is and the types of clients they work with. Use a decent web hosting service and a lightweight theme.

Calendly for appointment scheduling.
Trello/Clickup basecamp for simple project management.
Zoom for client meetings and training.

Google workspace for email and office suite.
