Tech talent job matching marketplace - Looking for co-founder

Hello fellow indie hackers !

Four months ago I started working on http://www.devjobs.ma which is a tech talent job matching marketplace for Morocco, it's the first of it's kind in the country. I started approaching companies and candidates lately, but traction is slow because of the small number of tech jobs in Morocco, when employers post jobs in LinkedIn they get a decent number of applicants so there is not a big need for another tech talent marketplace or a job board, in other countries, jobs in LinkedIn get buried down very quickly and therefor get very little views and candidates.

Now i'am searching for a co-founder living in country where there is a decent number of tech jobs and not or maybe very few tech talent marketplace like this one, the platform is already built so what I need is someone how is very motivated by the idea and can be in charge of marketing and sales, for me I will also help in marketing and continue working technically on the platform.

The platform can also work in any other vertical other than tech talent.
