[Tech/tools stack Advice please] - MVP for Job Portal

We are in the process of building a Job Portal (website/webapp)

Can you give any advice or suggestion on Tech stack for MVP as we are exploring Webflow for it but are not sure if that's an efficient choice?

We are based in India so any Freelance or startup agency recommendations would be highly appreciated if they could help us out with our MVP
