Replit is making coding accessible to all with the release of Replit Agent, the world's best AI software engineer.

When I wrote about AI coding tools back in June, the hottest project on the block was Devin, an AI agent that promised to be "the first AI software engineer."

That title now firmly belongs to Replit Agent.

Replit Agent is the latest release from the startup Replit, and you can basically think of it as Devin on steroids. Available to Replit Core ($25/mo) and Replit Teams ($40/mo), the Agent can set up a dev environment, install packages, configure databases, write code, and, if everything goes to plan, deploy.

It sounds impressive, but you really have to see it to believe it.

Here's someone without any Python ability building a sentiment analyzer:

Here's someone building a Wordle clone in 2:43:

And here's someone who has never written a line of code in their life building a 3D platforming game:

Idea guys rejoice, for we are now officially in the golden age of coding. AI coding tools are already making developers twice as productive, and that was before AI agent's like Devin and Replit Agent hit the scene. The result is that there is no longer any reason why you can't build a product, coding experience or not.

So go and get started.
