I am sure that most of you are aware of the situation on Ukraine. I personally think that as an international sociaty at least we can try to help in a peaceful way. That's why I would like to encourage all tech companies and enterprenouers to join #TechForUkraine initiative.

In the first 24 hours of #TechForUkraine campaign, we gathered over 100 IT companies willing to help non-profit organizations working for Ukraine!
Offering your resources and time is a real help and we are thankful for every pledge 🙏
We know that many of the Civil Society Organizations are now on the field, providing help to those in need – we just wanna let as many as possible know – there are incredible, innovative people ready to bring technological advancement to let them do more, effectively! Help us reach out to them!
We offer free digital help to:
👉 Ukrainian-based NGOs
👉 International NGOs providing help for Ukraine
You don’t have to be Ukraine-based and the help you provide doesn’t have to be related to humanitarian aid. It can relate to:
👉 education
👉 fighting fake news and disinformation
👉 civil society
👉 psychological help
👉 legal help
👉 other fields
The areas that IT companies are able to help with:
👉 cybersecurity
👉 building databases
👉 safe communication
👉 resource management systems
👉 donations management system
👉 customer software building

Update from #TechForUkraine team:
#TechForUkraine status for today
▶️ >225 companies from 40+ countries and over 400 freelancers submitted their willingness to help. Whooah!
▶️ Ukrainian NGOs are at war right now. Many of them suspended their operations and are taking care of families. They need a situation to calm down until we can support them with technology.
▶️ Numerous NGOs and grassroots groups from the region are acting and supporting migrants. Technology is key to make it work efficiently - this will be our priority for the next few days.
Most difficult stuff right now:
🔹 Coordination. We don't need 20 AirBnBs for Migrants, two or three for each country in the region will be enough.
🔹 Patience. Numerous coders are making stuff independently to do something. That's not bad but it may cause even more chaos. It may me more useful to take a breath, reach TTTR to ask if there is something similar already going on and support teams that are already advanced in the making.
🔹 Balancing urgent action with mid-term strategy.
