Technical Co-Founder Opportunity
AetherLabs is looking for a passionate and highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join as a Technical Co-Founder. This is an equity-based position until funding is secured. As a Technical Co-Founder, you will take the lead in developing AetherLabs’ AI automation and cybersecurity SaaS solutions, bringing our vision to life with cutting-edge AI models, blockchain-integrated security, and scalable AIaaS infrastructure. You will work directly with the founder, shaping the product roadmap, engineering strategy, and long-term technical vision. This role is perfect for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the hands-on development of AI solutions while building a revolutionary AI company from the ground up.
Who We're Looking For:
✅ An AI/ML, LLMs, Blockchain, and Cybersecurity Expert – Deep expertise in building AI-driven security systems, automation frameworks, and blockchain-integrated AI solutions. ✅ A Vision-Aligned Engineer – Someone passionate about AI as much as we are, who wants to work closely in building the core technology from the ground up. ✅ Hands-On Builder & Problem Solver – You’ll help lead AI engineering, architecture, and deployment, with direct involvement in development. ✅ Willing to Work for Equity Until Funding is Secured – We are a high-growth startup seeking $1.5M in seed funding. Until then, compensation will be in meaningful equity ownership.
