Let's hear it! I'm interested.
So the name that I have in mind for the app is "Drippy" or some variation of "Drip" which is a urban term for swag, dressing ability, sense of style. The idea would be that users would upload a picture of themselves and be able to showcase what they are wearing. Followers of the user would be able to hover/click over different parts of the outfit in order to see what the item is and how much it costs. Some of the features I've been thinking about would be like a virtual closet in which you can store your purchased items for others users to see and a "drip meter" which would let you know how others feel about your choice of outfit.
I think that idea would do really well. There are a few sites with a similar concept. Take a look at lookbook.nu. I love their business model. All the pictures are from/of the actual users. People vote on the outfits. Each post includes the information about the clothing worn in the picture as well as links so you can buy the stuff. The users/pictures are from all over the globe so you can see what fashion is trending right now in any country.

I literally made this word for word 3 years ago and didnt get traction then had to shut it down.

Bing Images has a similar feature: You can search or upload a photo, and if Bing recognizes the outfits, it will show dots to click and find them.
