Technical Cofounder(s) for Bartering Application Needed

Looking to find a technical co-founder who can do front and back-end development or 2 co-founders, one with front-end dev & UX experience and 1 who can do back end.

The Project: A unique bartering application that enables individuals to swap services without money. Think BuyNothing meets OfferUp meets homeexchange.com.

Current Status: Market research, product-market fit, and competitor analysis complete. Have conducted preliminary smoke tests and clearly defined what will be included in the MVP.

I've had many conversations with potential customers and other indie hackers to refine the idea over the last 3 months. We estimate the full MVP can be built in 1-2 months of part-time work.

What I bring: Several years of experience leading product management, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy for startups. Previously worked at a VC firm as an Associate.

What I am looking for:
1- A front end dev (design skills are a plus!)
2- A backend dev
Or someone who can do both!
Must be excited about the idea, ready to jump in to build the MVP, and can work on it regularly (anywhere from 5-20 hours per week).
Someone willing to co-found the idea and split equity. Not willing to hire anyone for pay at this point.
