Technical founder and partner available. 15+ years building and scaling real products

Hi IH, I’m Christian, a technical founder with 15+ years of experience building and scaling real software products. I’m looking to partner with founders who already have a clear problem, product direction, and an existing MVP or early product base, and need strong technical ownership to grow and scale what’s already been built.

What I bring:
• Strong technical ownership across architecture, roadmap, and execution, from early product decisions to production systems.
• Broad full stack experience building reliable, scalable, and maintainable products with clean technical foundations.
• A pragmatic product mindset focused on shipping, stability, and long term sustainability rather than over engineering.
• Execution capacity beyond solo contribution, backed by a senior engineering team when needed.

What I’m looking for:
• A founder who owns product, business, or go to market and wants a committed technical partner.
• An existing MVP, working product, or early traction, with the goal of taking an early product to the next stage.
• Long term, equity aligned partnerships with clear ownership and shared accountability.

Collaboration style:
• Hands on technical leadership with clear ownership and decision making.
• Focus on turning early products into real, durable businesses, not experiments or side projects.

Open to connecting and seeing if there’s a good fit on both sides.

    Hi Christian,

I saw your profile and Rhinolabs' focus on durable businesses. I am the founder of ArtTower Design Group, and we are currently developing Project Styx, a fintech-gaming hybrid.

We have a unique economic framework anchored to PayPal's 4% APY (PYUSD) and AI-task revenue. I’m looking for a partner with real execution power to own the technical side and scale our 'Atomic Ledger'. I already have the comprehensive GDD, a defined revenue model ($1 'Obolus' fee per withdrawal), and a phased roadmap.

If you are looking for a high-integrity project that moves beyond the 'side project' phase, I’d like to share our Executive Summary.

Let me know if the technical challenge aligns with Rhinolabs' expertise."

Strong positioning, especially the emphasis on ownership and building a durable business.
I am working in a digital product with a clear problem definition and a long-term roadmap in mind. Currently refining MVP scope before moving into build.
Happy to connect abd explore potential fit.

Give a try to my Reddit Extension. It's a Chrome extension called Pulse of Reddit that basically acts like my own alert system for Reddit.

Anytime someone posts something with keywords I care about like 'looking for a designer' or 'best SEO tool' it pings me right away. It’s saved me so much time and helped me hop into threads while they’re still fresh.

If you’re tired of manual digging and want to catch those conversations early, I’d really recommend giving it a look.

It’s free to start and super simple to set up.

    Hi Christian,
I came across your post and your focus on execution, ownership, and long-term partnerships really resonated with me.
I’m working on a US-centric marketplace project built around a premium, category-defining domain. The direction is validation-first, Stripe-based, and execution-driven rather than experimental.
I’m intentionally looking for a technical partner who wants clear ownership and real leverage to take an early but well-defined product to the next stage.
I’d prefer to start asynchronously here for a bit, exchange context in writing, and see if there’s alignment before considering a call.
    Best,
    Tim

Hi Tim, thanks for reaching out. Feel free to email me with more context on the current product state and what you’re aiming to validate next. Happy to review and see if there’s alignment before a call. Looking forward to it.

        Hi Christian,

Thanks for the quick reply. Here is the context on the assets, the current state, and the validation plan.

        1. The Assets (The Leverage) The project is built upon two category-defining domains that I have held for over 20 years:

        Rental.me

        CarRental.me

These aren't just names; they are immediate authority and organic traffic drivers. In a crowded market, this is our unfair advantage for customer acquisition costs (CAC).

        1. Current Product State (Day 0 by Design) Technically, the code state is greenfield. I have intentionally held back from building a "spaghetti-code" MVP or using low-quality no-code tools. My philosophy is that a technical partner should have full ownership of the architecture and stack selection from the first line of code, rather than inheriting technical debt.

        2. Validation & Roadmap

Phase 1 (CarRental.me): Rapid deployment as a high-end aggregator/affiliate engine. Goal: Immediate cash flow and SEO dominance using the exact-match domain.

Phase 2 (Rental.me): Building the broader P2P marketplace (the long-term unicorn vision).

If you see the potential in combining this level of digital real estate with strong technical execution, I’d love to share more specific numbers.

        Best, Tim

    Hey Christian, it's a pleasure!
I'm Daniel, co-founder and CEO at NeedTech Labs.
I read your profile and what you're looking for, and I think that we can have a great match, even though it might sound "different", because what we do is indeed different... I like to call it - we reverse-engineer the startup creation process... :)

In our portfolio we have hundreds of launch-ready, validated startup concepts, including provisional patent, Go-To-Market strategy and everything a founder needs to get started.

Since you have a strong technical background, many of our ventures can be a good fit to you.

Let me know if this sounds interesting, and we can jump on a Zoom call to talk further... then we'll of course talk about how we split equity and so on.

My main goal is to succeed together, not to "sell".

    Cheers,
    Daniel

Hi Daniel, thanks for reaching out and for the thoughtful message.

Your approach sounds interesting, and I like the focus on structured venture building. At the moment, I’m mainly exploring partnerships around projects that already have some level of execution in place, like a working MVP, early users, or initial traction, rather than starting purely from ideation.

If there’s a specific venture in your portfolio that already fits that stage, feel free to share a bit more and I’d be happy to take a look.

Either way, appreciate you reaching out and best of luck with NeedTech Labs.

Thanks for the comment. I’m open to learning more. Do you already have an MVP or prototype, or is it still at the methodology stage? If you can share a bit more context, feel free to email me and we can take it from there.

I’m a speech-language pathologist building an AI-powered practice companion for children with speech and language difficulties. Starting with articulation (ages 3–7), expanding into broader speech/language and OT practice.

Early prototype + clear clinical framework. Looking for a technical co-founder interested in AI, speech/audio, or healthcare products. Equity-based, early stage, long-term focused.
